Your satisfaction is
important to us. In order to
continue to offer our
customers the largest
selection at the lowest
possible price, here are our
terms & conditions.
Michael
Levine, Inc. recommends that
customers purchase swatches
if they are not familiar
with a particular fabric or
color before the final
purchase of material to
avoid any
inaccurate color matching
such as color variances
caused by individual monitor
color settings.
We are committed to
delivering high-end quality
products and services that
you are accustomed to expect from
Michael Levine, Inc. If for
any reason, you are not
satisfied with the quality
of our products or services,
please
contact us at
your earliest convenience
and we will try to
accommodate you within the
guidelines of our policies.
Return & Exchange Policy
Michael Levine, Inc. does
not exchange items.
We understand that an item
may need to be returned.
Returns will be accepted
within 30 days of the
shipment date. Fabric cuts
of 2 yards or less cannot be
returned. All returned items
will be refunded at half the
purchase price of the
returned item. All shipping
costs are not refundable.
Items returned must be in
their original condition.
Items returned in
non-resalable condition will
be returned to sender, and
no refund will be given.
Once returned, the original
form of payment will be
credited within two weeks
time.
Michael Levine, Inc. is not
responsible for items that
are lost or damaged in
transit. However, we are willing to work with
our
carrier to help our
customers resolve the
problem.
Special Order items cannot
be returned.
