How long does it take to process my order?

OPTIONS FOR UNITED STATES ORDERS
If you need Overnight, or 2 or 3 day delivery, your order must be placed by 11am PST Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays, and you must choose FedEx First Overnight (by 8am), FedEx Priority Overnight (by 10:30am), FedEx Standard Overnight (by 3pm), FedEx 2nd Day, or FedEx Express Saver 3rd Day. Overnight, and 2 or 3 day delivery orders placed after 11am PST will be processed the next business day.

All orders Requesting FedEx Ground (1-5 Business Days), FedEx Home Delivery (1-5 Business Days), and FedEx SmartPost (4-7 Business Days - usually 3 days longer than Ground & Home Delivery Service) are all processed within 2 business days Monday - Friday, excluding Weekends and Holidays.

FedEx Home Delivery and FedEx SmartPost will deliver on Saturday, but for all other Special Saturday delivery options please call us at 213-488-9003

OPTIONS FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you need Priority Mail service, your order must be placed by 11am PST Monday - Friday, excluding Holidays, and you must choose Priority Mail International (6-10 Business Days) or Priority Mail Express International (3-5 Business Days). First-Class Package International Service (7-21 Business Days) orders are processed within 2 business days Monday - Friday, excluding Weekends and Holidays.

If I select in store pick up where do I pick up my order and how do I know when it is ready?
We will e-mail you when your order is ready for pick up.

Print a copy of your receipt and bring it with you. Show your receipt to the employee at the wholesale desk inside Michael Levine.

You can park in the lot next to the store. We will validate your ticket as long as your order is over $15.00.

 

Swatches / Samples:
 
How do I order swatches and how big are your swatches?
All swatches are 3"x3" unless otherwise noted.

FREE SWATCH OPTION: If after receiving your swatch, you would like to make a fabric purchase, let us know within 30 days and we will issue you a credit for the full amount you paid for your swatch good towards the purchase of that product. We will include a link to request your credit with your swatch purchase.

Other fabric sites have eliminated selling swatches due to the high labor cost of cutting and labeling fabric in swatch form, in addition to the mailing costs. We, on the other hand, continue to offer swatches on most of our fabrics, which is one of the Largest, if not THE LARGEST selection of fabric online. Our swatch price reflects our costs to continue to offer a swatch option to our customers.

Additional notes: Because many of the fabrics we stock are not re-orderable and are "special purchases", there is always the possibility that a fabric could sell out by the time you receive your swatch. Swatch credits are valid for the purchase of regular priced fabric only and can not be used on sale priced fabric or with any other special offer.

To order swatches go to the product page. On the product page, in the Options tab select swatch. (If there is no option for swatch that is because that particular fabric is not offered as a swatch.) Then, add the swatch to your cart:

 

Wholesale Discounts:
 
Do you offer a wholesale discount online?
Unfortunately, we do not offer wholesale pricing online.

You can apply for a wholesale discount if you have a resale license in the store only.

How can I calculate shipping costs?
Our shipping prices are determined by weight. To determine the cost of shipping, add items to your cart and while in your cart, select the button Get Estimates:

Do you ship outside of the United States?
Our website currently services the United States & US Territories, Australia, Brazil, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and all of Western Europe. For orders outside of this service area, please use our SPECIAL ORDER REQUEST FORM
 
What shipping methods do you offer?
All orders shipped within the United States are shipped FedEx & FedEx SmartPost, and all orders shipped outside of the United States are shipped USPS.

 

Shipping Rates:

We offer free shipping on all orders over $75 to anywhere in the Continental United States, excluding ALASKA & HAWAII.

Shipping rates for orders under $75 are based on the weight of your order and are calculated for you when you place your order. You then can choose from several shipping options.
 
A $12.00 fee will be charged to the customer by FedEx for any re-routing or changes in shipping address after the order/shipment has left our facility. Therefore, please verify your personal information before submitting an order.
